- Bench press: 1 arm, 15 lb (better than the 20 lb yesterday), 20 each arm, with 3 breaths at top and bottom
- 1-leg dead lift: 30 lb (5 lb more than yesterday), 20 each leg, 2 sets
- Standing ham: 5 minutes
