- Standing ham: 3x1min, 20 sec rest
- Bench press: 45-lb bar, 3 deep breaths, 1 rep, 3 breaths, 2 reps, 3 breaths, 3 reps, repeat all
- Curl: 30-lb bar, 3 deep breaths, 1 rep, 3 breaths, 2 reps, 3 breaths, 3 reps, repeat all
