I got in a 30-minute ride, did 7 minutes of work for glute ham and standing extreme ham (repeated from yesterday), and then went home. That means I did not do 1-leg squat, push up (but I did that one on Wednesday), or crate crunch, nor did I swim #2. But sleeping from 6pm through 5am sure felt nice. Hopefully
the Inversion people will post Ray's message online soon, since I slept right through Bible study.
