3x30 sec heavy

  • Glute ham: no weight
  • Standing ham: 45-lb plate
  • Lunge: bar + 35, bar + 25, bar only. Not sure what happened on this one.
  • Curl: 40-lb bar. I had to do 4 sets because on the third, I dropped the bar at 28 seconds. So I did it again.
  • Crate crunch: 45-lb plate
