- Glute ham: no weight
- Standing ham: 45-lb plate
- Lunge: bar + 35, bar + 25, bar only. Not sure what happened on this one.
- Curl: 40-lb bar. I had to do 4 sets because on the third, I dropped the bar at 28 seconds. So I did it again.
- Crate crunch: 45-lb plate
