100 Push Ups
AM Workout:
Lunge: 100 quick style R, L
Wall squat: 100 quick style
Push up: 100 quick style, on knees
Glute ham: 100 quick style, to arm's length
Curl: 100 quick style w/ 5-lb dumbbells
Delt raise: 100 quick style w/ 1.5-lb dumbbells
It was so nice to have Will back directing this morning! Bill, Nancy, Zach, Luke, and I all subjected ourselves to tough workouts and felt fantastic after it. Well, awake at least.
