Rest Day

Some people have trouble taking a rest day, but I have no trouble with taking one day completely off. It's like a Sabbath rest—I know God implemented it, and I know I need it, so I take it. I don't ever do nothing, but I don't train at all, either. Besides working today, I had a few other things on my agenda, like running errands and cleaning my kitchen, which I rarely make time for otherwise:

TJMaxx: Quite possibly the largest (5lb) piece of chocolate
I have ever seen. The GC is on there for perspective.

Target: Sweet ice cube trays

Sending my sister her birthday card

My poor freezing hands—this happens when
it's cold outside and I have to do things like wash
dishes (water is the worst!) and run or ride outside
