Speaking of goals, I guess I'd better get to posting mine for 2012. I've made some good ones and can't wait to share a few!

- Standing ham (no glute ham stand here at the office)
- Wall sit
- Wall push up (hands off the wall for reps)
- Curl (1.5lb dumbbells—no real weights here, either)
- Crate crunch
