Lunch Workout

I managed to get in a full (hard!) workout at lunch today—not driving to the Y gives me so much more time! This is a hard one, and the little note Will left on this one when he first wrote it for me a couple years ago was "Ignore any discomfort." I didn't so much ignore it as I tried to focus on something else—like riding or running fast—and that helped so much. It's all about focus. And with some of my goals in mind, I was able to accomplish the entire thing.

Speaking of goals, I guess I'd better get to posting mine for 2012. I've made some good ones and can't wait to share a few!

  • Lunge R, L
  • Standing ham (no glute ham stand here at the office)
  • Wall sit
  • Wall push up (hands off the wall for reps)
  • Curl (1.5lb dumbbells—no real weights here, either)
  • Crate crunch
