- 350 warm up
- 6×50 drills
- 5×200@10sec (3:04, 3:15, 3:20, 3:15, 3:17; 3:14.2 average)
- 4×100@5sec (1:34, 1:39, 1:41, 1:37; 1:37.75 average)
- 350 cool down (I ended up doing only 250)
My run was more of a sight-seeing adventure than a real run, but when I was running I ran fast. It was 5 miles, about 42–44 minutes, along the paths behind the library and BFY. It was pretty clear but I did have to navigate around 2 blocked areas. Otherwise it was hard to tell how much water had gone through there. For a positive stat, during one of my half-mile intervals I got down to a 5:16 pace! I was trying to stay there but was happy just to get there.
