I got in the pool at lunch, but it was a short pull swim. If I have time later today I'll finish, but it's not high on my priority list. I swam with other people in the pool, so I can check that one off the list even if I didn't complete the entire swim.
The run in the afternoon was much better than the swim in that I did the entire thing. It was 6 miles, and I tried to do a 10-min warm up, 28-min tempo, and 10-min cool down. I mostly succeeded except that my tempo time wasn't quite at the pace I'd hoped (it was 8:03 instead of just under 8), but that was faster than the 8:30 warm up and 8:55 cool down!
