Tennis

Delana and I played a little tennis at lunch today. I got a good 1.15 miles in during the 32 minutes we played, 108 calories, 122 HR (154 max). Since I'm trying to work on my competitive attitude, I aimed to get the most shots I could after the first bounce. We never keep score, it's always fun, and I enjoy it. But I needed something today to challenge me, and that's what I figured would work for today. It did. It was still fun, but I had to work a little harder than I normally would have.
