Spring is in the Air!
I saw these flowers at the start of my run and promptly forgot about them until I was finishing. That is a good thing; it means I was focusing on running! I thought last Wednesday's run was a good one, but today's felt even better—more consistent but slightly faster (31:55 then, 31:53 today through 4 miles). I'm guessing that whoever wrote the book is expecting about 5 miles for the 35-minute run, but right now I'm looking for any sort of improvement I can get without passing out and not being able to move for a week. I might not be the fastest, but I'm hoping to get there before too long!
