I'm trying to excel by using the talents that God has given me and trying to record what I'm learning from His Word and from training.

rest
Even tho yesterday was a rest day, today was a mostly rest day as well. At lunch I did 5 on, 5 off thru 20 Lunge, Push up on knees, Squat (no stick or bar), and Scap pull up. That's about it, but it did feel good to do something!
