My workouts so far this week have been good, which is encouraging after a vacation! Monday: 5 minutes of work, spread throughout the day, lunge, standing ham, wall sit, push up, curl, crunch, pull up. Tuesday: 40-minute hard ride; 5 on, 5 off thru 40, lunge on crates, wall sit, squat with stick, push up, curl, crunch; walk at Radnor Lake (which, although beautiful with all the fall colors, didn't quite come close to the challenge, beauty, and massiveness of Camelback).
My week at work has been different than normal, with more meetings than I normally have in a month and it's only two days into the week!
