5 Minutes of Work

That is the workout I did today, after a little swim at the DHY and before watching some of my teammates race in the NC.com crit and eating dinner at Rosepeppers to celebrate Valerie's birthday. It was a good day.

  • Lunge R, L
  • Standing ham
  • Wall squat
  • (yes, my arms are not working as hard as my legs)
