Another TTT

Wednesday and Friday were more tests at Todd's. On Wednesday, my first 8 minutes were almost perfect, and the final 6 were almost awful. I still ended up averaging OK, but it was a rough finish. On Friday, I was much more consistent and executed the workout much better with almost exactly the same results.

Notes from November 12, 2014: This was the first test I've done since March, so the best I could hope for was my average, and this was it. Before today, I'd done 16 normal tests (21 results below minus 5 tempo efforts), with an average watts of 227 and an average time of 13:47. Today I pretty much hit that average nail dead on the head: Watts = 228, time = 13:53. A new stat today was average watts per kilogram, and I was at 3.26. Shannon was closer to 3.6 (even though I beat her by almost a minute), so I still have some work to do!
