After work and a workout at Centennial Park with Kathy, I went to Publix because today is the last day of this week's sale. There were a few things I wanted that were on sale, so I got the following:

Since I will eat and need that food and will enjoy the rest, I'm pretty happy with this trip.
Then I came home and made supper with the Colavita noodles that I'd won as a prime in the East Troy Crit back in June. Hooray for free food :-)
