Before meeting the rest of the team not for our typical Sunday afternoon ride (thankfully, since it was snowing all morning!) but for team pictures, I made it to BFY for a short treadmill run (not my fave, for sure) and some isos. I did 1:23 iso lunge R, 1:20 iso lunge L, and 5:00 iso standing ham. I am hoping to increase that 1:23 and 1:20 to 5:00 by the end of March with Will's help. He's doing this 90-day fitness challenge that he wants us to make goals for, and that's one of mine. So we'll see where
